When New York City director, Seth Sherbourne, arrives at the Victoria Playhouse on the coast of Maine to take over direction of their production of Dickens' 'A Christmas Carol' he immediately ruffles feathers and alienates cast and crew, none more so than stage manager Morgan Prys, who has grown up at the Victoria where her parents were actors.
