The mind is mine field, it controls everything that happens in the body, the mind produces hormones, enzymes, chemicals that influence our lives .It is also true mankind has been flooded with a very fast growing information age, a lot of what we read may be true, a lot more is pure speculation and sensation! Why some people would spend their lives dishing out rubbish sometimes boggles the mind. The same way some fanatics make internet viruses. This small book is not for the specialist looking to learn medicine, but for the common man wishing to make sense of the illnesses, the medical myths. Wanting to learn about where we are in the field of medicine. Indeed it may save one's life, by just implementing some of the suggestion herein provided. For as they say though some thoughts may appear like pure common sense, common sense you are about to find out is not so common after all.
