The book, through means of a romantic fable told in six chapters and involving a Left-wing sage of the theatre and beautiful go-getter from Orange County who is a an admirer of Ronald Reagan. The action (lessons) take place in Gramercy Park (proper) and in The Players, acros the street, in Edwin Booth''s landmark home. There is long pronunciation guide at the rear of the book and an index.
