More importantly, the FDA has made ot clear that failure to fix the advertising claims could lead to enforcement actions. The enforcement actions would mean seizure of the products and injunctions against their manufacturers and distributors. On the other hand, L'oreal, the French company, advance that they have signed contracts which have allowed them to commit and comply to the laws and regulatory standards...
