It’s now official - the author has become ‘dog-hearted’ and his life has gone completely to the dogs! In his usual scholarly, but engaging writing style that is common to all his books, the author offers readers – and in particular dog lovers - an intellectually-rich account of the physical and emotional dimensions of one of the strongest bonds between two different species on earth – that between humans and dogs.
