The advice given by the mass media is grossly inadequate. I take the time to help them, with personal experience, because I want them to avoid the pain I had to go through. This book formalizes what I have told them. I can now share this book, with young men who seek grounded guidance. If you have an interest in the subject, you may find it of interest.
