Bento boxes are fun to make, and you can use this opportunity to teach your children about nutrition, your husband about getting into the habit to prepare his lunch or your elderly mother to accept your homemade, delivered meals. It does not matter why you need a Bento box in your life, we will provide you in this cookbook many wonderful and delicious ideas. You will become the Bento box expert and maybe you can spread the word and the ideas to your neighbors and friends. I have shown many of my friends the advantages to making Bento boxes and have everyone in the family helping themselves many nights of the week. Which is perfect for when we are so busy with different activities.
