An excellent collection of poems with a unique turn of phrase and subject. Dianne Aslett creates poems that lie slightly off-kilter and in the margins. They exist far away in the spiritual ether to appear unsettling and alien on first sight, but close enough to be instantly known as messages sent to explain all the complexities and disturbances of life to us, and soothe our fears, in a unique, compelling way.
