Our political overlords are unable to even conceive of a Plan B, much less a multitude of plans for regional application, so we have to do for ourselves. As the American and European economies wind down, we will need to manage the collapse that affects us all. This will require physical, social, psychological and even spiritual adjustments. These essays are a collection of blogs, reviews and longer essays written over a six-year period from 2008 through 2013.
