In this background the present book entitled "Job Attitudes of Teaching Professionals - A case study of University Teachers in the Karnataka State" is a record of an in-depth study into the concepts of three important job attitudes like Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement and Organisational Commitments of the University teaching professionals. It also covers university teacher's perception towards Student Evaluation of Teachers (SET) Performance. This book is structured into six chapters. In the first two chapters, the variables under study are introduced and conceptually and historically built into a theoretical model. Chapter Third, Fourth and Fifth discuss the statistical analysis, results and discussions on the main findings. Chapter sixth focuses on the implications, suggestions and future scope of the study.
