Gaurav has a great following on Instagram where he writes poetry in the same style and the natural extension of that has turned into a book. The core message of the book is about self love and self empowerment, that will lead to someone living a life "most wanted" by them. The poems are full of positivity, hope and ownership of life, with some practical advice after each poetic expression. Over the last year or so, Gaurav has been approached by many people to help them as a coach and this book is also the first step towards Gaurav's desire to practice life coaching.
