Susan's neighbor and childhood boyfriend, has plans of his own. Her bombshell college roommate, and a snobby architect join the mix of un wanted and troublesome guests. A mutant mouse is the least of Susan's problems.Can a mutant mouse with an attitude, and clever plans, help a nerdy librarian keep their family farm? Can two lonely creatures overcome their differences, and fall in love?
