Robbie's homework keeps disappearing, and he can't figure out why. When Robbie sets a trap and goes after the homework snatcher, he ends up traveling through a portal leading to the magical world of HooplaGot. The little green people of HooplaGot live in giant pumpkins and are desperate for rain. But the Rain Fairy who provides it for them has been captured by the monster Morphtor. During her capture, the HooplaGotians resort to making their princesses laugh so hard that they explode in order to create rain. The king and queen of HooplaGot are not fond of this method of rain-making because they love their daughters. They task Robbie with rescuing the Rain Fairy and Kevin Kramer - a bully at Robbie's school who also landed in HooplaGot and was likewise captured by Morphtor. Robbie must confront Morphtor, the three headed lizard-like monster who can transform himself into any creature at will. How will Robbie defeat Morphtor and rescue the Rain Fairy and Kevin?
