His new goal is to become the first Hispanic Chief of Police in Los Angeles, California. Then tragedy steps in and cuts one of the two buddy officers down in a horrific, yet heroic way! When all is certainly lost, a Heavenly visitor steps in. The enduring officer's life soon changes drastically in a most unsuspecting way!
