Some British researchers have also underlined that sleeping pills which do contain benzodiazepine and nonbenzodiazepine medications have some negative impacts upon the users. Various cases of daytime fatigue and cognitive impairments have been reported due to constant consumption of sleeping pills. British scientists have also advanced that sleeping drugs often produce dose-dependent effects which can trigger further substance dependence in the long run...
