Also in this manual, music theory in a very simple form is highlighted for those interested in learning to read and understand music terms. All parts of the Psaltery are explained in this unique and original book. One can play the Psaltery without knowing how to read music if willing to practice. It can't get easier to create perfect tones with your new Psaltery. Bowing techniques are defined as an added bonus of this instructional manual. Chord charts are supplied for those who wish to play chords, however it is not necessary to play chords on the Psaltery. Chords can be played with a second bow. This technique is demonstrated in the manual. As a solo instrument, the Psaltery has a heart warming sound when played without the chords. Ten Hebrew songs are available in the music book, perfect for Chanukah celebrations.
