Life is biochemistry inside each invivo; the genetic side translates to a shape, the phenotypes, the emotions, feelings, etc. Inside each creature, they are a bright and dark genetic side. However, every single creature has complete authority to activate each type of gene to good or bad and send it to inherited offspring. Human fate in his hand depends on persons and the community together. So please appreciate everything in the world; everything feels. In this universe, everything is biochemistry. Some of this biochemistry reaction is reversible others not. The feeling is biochemistry that needs to catalyze to make the reaction cascade appropriately. People have times to feel unsafe, anxious, depressed, and tired. It is ok to lose temper sometimes, but we have a theme here, one should know it is ok to express inside feelings, bypass hurting others' feelings, apologize, share love, and believe in God to assist one along the way. One should have deep hedonic memories feeling to satisfy life's truth and handle it. The book is for engaging in the biochemistry, feeling, and the truth. Securing is the soul that balances adrenaline, dopamine, endorphins, serotonin, Oxytocin, and others.
