The Adventures of Kyle Roberts. The Gatekeeper Kyle, a 40 something English photographer based in modern day New York, yet this a far cry from what he once was. A solider that cut his teeth of the front line of many a war. Not only in combat, but also to capture those all-important pictures for reconnaissance missions in faraway lands. Now years later he has turned his skills into one of discovery. Armed only with a camera and his creative eye for detail Kyle finds the beauty from destruction. He now uses these skills to capture those glossy front cover shots that spawn across our news outlets for all to see. However the world is changing fast as something unexplained is reshaping all around us. The events of everyday life appear to be out of context. A shift in the fabric of time has upset the balance on earth and the universe as we know it. Times colliding together. Our past, present and future now all sharing the same space. Yet the population seem to be adapting without the knowledge of these ever changing events. As styles from years gone by blend into the future, new skyscrapers cast shadows over historical builds that were once lost to time, yet they now stand in place as though nothing has changed. Indirectly Kyle discovers something that leads him on a quest for answers. An image of a beautiful woman hides within the pixels of many of his prints. Her image is faint yes it almost emits a strong presence that propels him forward into a new mission of discovery. Adventure begins as Kyle travels the continents seeking these answers to the ever increasing questions that surround him. From New York to London as Kyle begins to chase the globe for answers. He is joined by Doug a lifelong friend whose knowledge of the earth's foundations is paramount for the mission to succeed. The quest takes them on a journey which leads them into sensitive regions of Russia and China that hide their own dark secrets. But in his attempt to unearth these reasons for our changing world, never did he imagine he would experience such a journey. For Kyle is to discover he has been chosen to correct the imbalance that spreads through our planet. It soon becomes apparent that in this quest they will require to seek out 4 stones that are as old as the universe itself. These being the key to unlocking a hidden temple that is lost to time. However the one final key is not a stone but the person who hides within Kyles prints. The gatekeeper. Unknowingly he stumbles upon a succession of events that unfold this mystery which would finally lead him to the one thing her never would expect. Love. Travel with Kyle to faraway places on this adventure as he searches for the key to reset the balance within our universe.
