The whole world loves Italian pizza, we all know it, but what I found in my 3 months tour around Italy, is incredible, I saw that in many local pizzerias they make incredible pizzas, with Hollywood movie fantasies and names, with unique ingredients and flavors, I discovered that the simple Margherita with its 4 ingredients remains the queen of pizzas, while I found in Collecchio at 10 km from Parma, a pizzeria with only 8 tables and 20 seats, while outside there were about 30 people waiting quietly and without nervousness for their turn, incredible but true, so I lined up to wait my turn with the mouth watering, intrigued I asked some people, why are all these people waiting? the answer, eat the pizza and then you will understand, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before being able to sit at the table, but finally the magic has arrived, I ate the delight of delights, pizza with Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham.I understood why all those people waited quietly. I must say that pizza for Italians is a true tradition that is much appreciated and combines fragrance with taste.I managed to count around 210 different pizza recipes during my trip through Italy with all the imaginary ingredients but only 102 I reported in this book which I think are the best in my opinion and other people.Let yourself be abandoned by the culinary tradition of beautiful Italy and its master pizza makers.Let me know,
