The rise of sports programs relies on the country and is closely related to the level of development of the country's overall strength. The government uses the opportunity of the Winter Olympics bid to promote the country's stability, efficiently spread the country's culture, and enhance the related economic, athletic, and technological conditions. But with much attention, the advantages will be infinitely magnified. At the same time, the disadvantages are also exposed in full view of the public. The surrounding environment is a crucial part of the development of sports programs, distinguishing between internal and external. From the point of view of the impact of the country on the Olympic Games held on domestic sports, it is worth acknowledging the positive impact on the country in the first place. However, a standard comparison between our ice and snow projects and summer projects shows that winter projects are always at a disadvantage. From the point of view of the development of the project itself, the competitiveness of the project and its influence are not obvious enough. From the perspective of global sports development, the global new crown epidemic has forced sports events to be put on hold. Whichever way you look at it, the road to ice and snow in China is still long.
